They needed a way to improve daily productivity and enhance employees' overall awareness of time management and work-related tasks.
Phoenix Safety also wanted to allow employees to work from home, while ensuring they continued to follow computer usage guidelines and maintained their productivity levels. Phoenix Safety found OfficeMetrics and their problems were solved. With OfficeMetrics, Phoenix Safety were able to monitor the amount of time employees spent on personal browsing, email and instant messaging. JournalLive recorded the URLs visited and how long was spent on each page. It recorded who employees were emailing and instant messaging and for how long. The information record by OfficeMetrics is delivered to employees as well as their managers. Employees were able to monitor their own productivity and time usage and compare this to their peers. Employees began to regulate their own activity and manage their time more effectively. | OfficeMetrics is delivered as a completely online service.
